Xbox E3 Briefing 2019

Major Nelson writes: "You can watch the Xbox E3 2019 Briefing live beginning at 1 p.m. PDT on June 9 on the official Xbox Channel on Mixer, or on the Mixer app for Xbox One and mobile. Once again, we will plan to have a MixPot (the Mixer feature that drops free content for logged-in viewers on certain streams) for our briefing, so be sure to log in to Mixer to get your free MixPot content!

As with last year, the Xbox E3 2019 Briefing on Mixer will be offered in six languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish (LATAM), Portuguese (LATAM), and includes support for English Closed Captions. To select an alternate language, click the “cog” button within Mixer to view the available list.

You’ll also be able to catch a live stream of the briefing on the Xbox Twitch Channel, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook Live or on the big screen at select Microsoft Stores."

I'm hoping for some surprises especially from some multiplatform developers.

I want to see some more The Outer Worlds gameplay, even though I am getting that on PS4.

World premiere of Lego star wars.. Amazing!!!

The lego stuff looks fun. I can say I thought I was seeing a new Alan Wake until it was the blar witch.

Overall it was a good show. Nice to see them bring back age of empires and flight simulator.

Guess Scarlett and ps5 will be on par with each other... again.

Yeah it seems both consoles will be equal in performance seeing Phil did not mention anything about Scarlett being the worlds most powerful next gen console. So yeah, here we go again.

On that note they've mentioned Scarlett will be 4 times as powerful as the X so does that mean we 24tf next gen consoles?!? I think not.

Another thing, I was expecting more on xcloud...

All in all great showing by MS, although I did not see any xbox studios mega announcements by way of AAA games but thats ok they are probably saving them for next E3 and next gen's launch. That means its a wrap for xb1 as far as 1st party goes until Scarlett comes out.

Its Sony's move now.

How about double fine acquisition and Psychonauts 2....WOW

bouzebbal698d ago

Unbelievable, the acquisition of the century..

Crap conference really. Some ok stuff, nothing great. Sony had a better conference by not even showing up lol.

Tenchu Return From Darkness, Tenchu Z and Ninja Blade backwards compatible announcement would be nice

AngelicIceDiamond698d ago

Tenchu? I would lose it! I love those games.

I can only agree there. Those are some of my favorite games.

TyrellCorp698d ago (Edited 698d ago )

Nope, only thing I was hoping for too. Pretty disappointing conference overall. No Gears gameplay, no real Halo gameplay, no Scarlet games shown off, lots of multiplats (Cyberpunk and Dying Light 2 look dope), and Ninja Theory is making a mp game...

On the bright side Ori looked cool, the Double Fine acquisition was surprising, and I really like the direction MS is moving in with Game Pass, X cloud, and a focus on games (eventually)

Gutted myself. Perhaps next E3 prior to launch of XS we'll see Fable as one of the games being made for the hardware, but damn... this would have been a golden moment. Guess I'll go back to holding my breath.
