Teamxbox: Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts Review

Teamxbox report's: Game players often break out their likes and dislikes by genre. Some players prefer role-playing games for their depth and immersion. Some opt for sports games for their competition. Some like shooters for the fast pace and edge-of-the-seat exhilaration.

However, when it comes to the driving-game genre, there's an interesting division of that fan base. There's a group that likes the arcade-style contest-such as Need for Speed and Midnight Run-where the only focus is on the excitement of being behind the wheel and not as much on what's under the hood.

luckily theres a demo so you can half decide for yourselves. Maybe they did stray too far and this game may of been better off being a new ip who knows

yeah as much as i loved the oldskool banjo games i just cant get into nuts and bolts, i really want to like this game just because its banjo and lord knows ive played the demo enough times now, i like it a little bit more every time i play it but i just cant consider it a must have game.

rare give the fans what they ask for next time, this could have been huge, but unfortunatly its just pretty average.

I really loved the demo. =/

Then you will probably love the game. It just isnt what a lot of people wanted from Banjo.

but i went into the demo with no expectations and very little Banjo and Kazooie experience.

It was a fun demo, and i lost 5 hours just running around the home world.

the graphics in my opinion are beautiful, the controls are tight, the animations are smooth, and i can't wait to see what the story is about.

It's a fresh direction on the 360, which has accomplished what the original XBox couldn't, and that's diversify it's games.

Great time to be a gamer.....

Teamxbox is the most anti 360 site ever, it has lost all credibility where I'm concerned, they have no business reviewing games and they're simply blind and looking for hits by putting down AAA games, their opinions don't count and the author probably doesn't even have a 360...

Why o why4026d ago

about that official playstation mag/site that keeps giving low scores. I swear the editor of that mag used to work for the xbox branch of that same company and that doesn't sit well with me especially after reading some of his past comments. I'm finding our industry tainted and sometimes im not sure who to trust so ill stick with me for my reviews as even my closest mates might not like what i do all the time

heyheyhey4025d ago

lol.... you called this game AAA

lol.... -YOU- have no credibility

and stop crying, this is NOTHING compared to how GameDaily, Eurogamer etc are biased against the PS3

I knew this game would be bad. why they changed it to racing game, I'll never know. if it aint broke, dont fix it.

its Rare. they make crap. their time has gone. they tried to please the modern generation or should I say 360 fanboys, by turning Banjo into racing.

if they were with Nintendo, Nintendo wont allow them to release this crap. they will at least try and rip off Mario Galaxy, instead they ripped off Forza lol
