The makers of voice and text chat app Discord were vocal with their enthusiasm for bringing the service to Nintendo Switch back in 2017. It seems that they're still keen to help out players who are perhaps less than happy with the Kyoto company's official solution to voice chat on the console.
The tour is coming to the states as new dates have been revealed.
Marathon was slated to launch on Sept. 23, 2025 across Xbox, PC, and PlayStation, but Bungie will share the new release date in the fall.
Yeah, you can delay it as much as you want but you ain’t gonna wash that stink off.
It will lessen though and possibly make all the difference if it launches in a state that rectified a lot of the issues people had with it. A LOT of ifs of course.

If they were absolutely certain about the quality of Marathon, then they had not delayed it just now.
So they've basically just confirmed what everyone, well, a lot of people saw: Marathon is not ready yet, still no soul to be seen.

you bring this over you can basically fix the Nintendo voice chat problem in one fell swoop.
The fact that Switch doesn't have a full-fledge App Store is its biggest failing, imo. I have an iPad but Switch could easily replace it as my tablet of choice.
It wouldn't be able to work at the same time as a game so there is no point. It's a limitation of the hardware. There aren't enough spare resources to run chat. Any chat.
