Atelier Lulua: The Scion of Arland (PS4) Review | VGChartz

VGChartz's Thomas Froehlicher: "Gust has been rather productive this year. In less than two months the developer has delivered a quite enjoyable Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists and now it's produced a new installment in the main series, called Atelier Lulua: the Scion of Arland. It provides the traditional mix of role-playing, management, and puzzle elements thanks to its extensive alchemy system. This time, Gust is trying to appeal to old Atelier fans, since the game is connected to the very popular Arland trilogy which ended seven years ago."

Would have thought reviews were embargoed until release date, KT games usually are these days...

let's be real. They don't care about this series anymore and are just trying to milk its fanbase dry at this point. They've been murdering the series nice and slow. That's why GUST had to go in the pocket and pull the Arland Ace out the hat. It definitely worked on me as I told myself this series was dead to me once they stopped dubbing when the mysterious games were already bad. But because arland was my fav and got me into the series. I feel an obligation to getting this. But no more after this, unless Totori has a 3way kid with Mimi and a cauldron XD

I enjoy the titles. They haven't really advanced much though, but I think that's why I like them, I know what I'm getting when I play one. Still, doesn't justify the fact these guys broke the embargo just to be first (as it's tomorrow)

Dragon Quest XI definitive addition for 17% off is crazy especially how well that game is selling, and for how new it is. I would not be as impressed if it was not for how new, and it being a Nintendo top seller.
