It's crazy to think what the PS5 will be capable of doing with game worlds! Imagine HZD2 or GOW2 and hopefully Days Gone 2!

I think next gen will be like back when PS2/OG Xbox went to PS3./ 360. I think we will see differences like that between resolution, FRAME RATE and probably high to ultra setting with advanced AI. Next Gen gaming is going to be incredible. Just look at what they are able to do now!!

This game has always had my interest. The first trailer just looked like a game I'd love to get lost in. Now after all the previews from the last month or so, I must say it's deeper and more fleshed out than I ever anticipated.

From the meaty narrative, that is far more than I was expecting, to the more hardcore survival aspects( I really thought it'd be more casual) to the enemies being so varid both in concept and execution, this game has my full attention! I love the Pacific Northwest setting and just how rich the game world appears.

I like that there's so much about the Freakers that we've learned and still so much we don't know about them. I think that will really blow people away who are just expecting a run of the mill zombie game. I think that's why the devs are constantly saying "they aren't zombies!" Not just because they just say they aren't but because they literally aren't. Firstly because they are actually alive and have more in common with a herd that forages, breeds, sleeps(in nests they build) and migrate. They're basically a new species of hominid. We already know of four variations but with the devs saying they continue to mutate throughout the game is interesting!

That combined with the human and animal(both infected and not) factor, tells me this is going to be an awesome ride! Next Friday can't get here fast enough!

Days Gone looks incredible, the wait till the 26th is unbearable. Always been a fan of Sony Bend, they make quality games, I grew up playing all there games from Syphon Filter to Uncharted Golden Abyss. They have always been the underdog compared to all the other Sony studios, but the passion has always been there and I hope Days Gone puts them on the map and proves to the world they can stand side by side among their peers.

I saw an article a year ago that said this game is a 4.5 out of 5 for being just like Far Cry. Thats not a bad thing but Far Cry 5 is annoying as hell. I just hope you can actually explore the open world without getting shot at or chased every friggin second like Far Cry. Sh1t they give you a fishing pole in Far Cry and you can barely use the damn thing cuz there are enemies everywhere...
