This is a good example of how ridiculous our culture has become. Sexy games with no nudity are considered a real issue while gore and gun violence is considered fine.
It's ridiculous enough that Sony cited streaming as a reason to censor games. Why would the ability to stream games result in preventing me from playing them uncensored in my own house?
