Left 4 Dead 3 Screenshots Leaked - Here's What They Are

It's pathetic that there still really isn't a single game that's built from the ground up on Source 2, unless you count a small bit of that VR stuff.

L4D has been due a new game for a while.. No clue what Valve are doing, it's like they work on stuff and then just stop.

It’s like Valves motto is *Lets half ass our work and not finish what we plan to do* don’t get me wrong I love the games they do finish and publish but they have a horrible track record of finishing said products. If L4D3 is a thing that would be amazing!

Gabe mentioned in the past that he's jealous of Miyamoto and how he can design hardware and games at the same time.

They've been focusing on hardware and software for hardware for the past few years. the controller, the controller configurator, Vive, Index, Knuckles, steam link, the failed steam machines, steam link app for Raspberry pi and android, big picture mode.

They stopped making games because in that time they've changed from being a store/launcher into a feature-rich platform with hardware. If they didn't do these things they would be no different from the other stores and launchers.

Looks like they are testing the waters to see if people are still interested. Those are good but not really amazing given the graphics designs of latest games.

I don't think Turtle Rock have actually confirmed that B4B will be a spiritual successor to L4D yet, though the name certainly implies so..

There will apparently be a dev diary video in May, so we might find out soon.

Half Life 3 is toooooo late. Portal is fun but not a hard game to make. L4D I want but I am not holding my breath

I imagine it's hard to make when you are trying to make VR versions of all three while inventing new VR equipment and controllers at the same time.

The most important Valve game for me is a continuation of Left 4 Dead.

Tbh i was surprised how much of a difference just adding some extra things made to the game, L4D1 was fun but it got repetitive after a while. L4D2 only added stuff that felt more like an expansion, but those extras made a big difference to replayability, like the few varieties of uncommon infected and the 3 new specials. And Valve only released that a year after the first game. Goes to show what else they could have released since then.

Sure wish they would just hurry up and bring out Left 4 Dead 3 I have an itchy trigger finger for that game. Loved the first two games which only had a year apart between their release dates.
