From GameWatcher: "World War Z is out today, and it's an incredibly fun zombie co-op shooter - like an evolution of Valve's Left 4 Dead, except the game is not on Steam. There's a World War Z Epic exclusive deal, and we spoke to Saber Interactive CEO and co-founder Matthew Karch for his thoughts on the subject."
The World War Z next update called "Valley of the Zeke" is set to launch this December 5 bringing along premium and paid content.
Nice update for Switch Owners to enjoy. This update also adds local campaign co-op multiplayer to the Switch version of World War Z. Previously limited to online-only play, now up to four friends can play the co-op campaign together via local wireless connection without a Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
CCG writes - "The game takes inspiration from both the 2006 novel and the 2013 movie but isn’t heavily based on either property. It starts off rather simple with not even an intro cinematic. It throws you right into the menu where you can select between the campaign, multiplayer, gallery collection, and settings. WWZ 2019 is fairly light on the story and most of the lore can be outright ignored. The experience focuses greatly on the gameplay as it expects you to jump right in."
No, it's about seeing how steam makes money hand over fist and wanting a piece of the pie.
Too bad the game is selling like crap on PC because of this. It’s way too hard to find a lobby. Good job killing your own game.
EPIC store isn’t ready and the public knows it. When it has the same features as steam and a reason to use it other than paying for exclusive timed content, then I’ll use it no problem. Until then, no.
Ill pass. Not supporting EpicNite
