Bonds of the Skies Review | TheXboxHub

Paul writes: "Another month and we have another instalment of the ongoing attempt of world domination by KEMCO and their seemingly endless back catalogue of RPGs. By now we almost know the story before we start the game: a band of characters that initially don't get on need to become a team, all in order to take down a big bad guy and save the world. And surprise surprise, that seems to be the story here with Bonds of the Skies. Is this the straw that breaks the camel’s back, or is this a good KEMCO game in its own right?"

Looks like a good fit for the SNES

I think that's the point. Alot of us older gamers enjoy the nostalgia so it's nice to see games like this still coming out. Indie devs have been doing a great job this generation

Yes i agree. It's almost like the real old days u know, when a game developer often was only one person doing code, graphics and sound. When hardware got more advanced and people demanded massive games I think you had to be part of a team. Then we got to a point where the hardware capabilites are almost beyond ridiculous u know. And now it's possible for a single dev with the modern tools availible to go solo again. Look at Undertale for example. U don't have to know Z80 or 6502 assembler anymore like in Bandersnatch. But there's more competition now for sure, and the market is saturated with games so there's new challenges.
