Chris Mawson writes: "Probably one of the bigger releases on the calendar this year, WWE 2K20 has longtime fans worried about what we might get."
Marvel’s Avengers, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Bloodborne earn top spots across PS5, PS4, and PC.
Too bad God of War isn't on PSNow. It would've slaughtered the Avengers and Aloy!!
I need to cancel my subscription, there’s rarely anything I like that I don’t already have
Sport sim WWE 2K19 and sci-fi puzzle horror Observation also join this month.
PSNow continually ratcheting up the games. They've got a great catalog included at this point.
Resident Evil 7 also was literally just added to Xbox Gamepass Ultimate for September lol
I paid $40 for a year of PSNow. They have sales like that all the time. Even at the regular price of $60, it's an incredible value. Sony exclusives are actually worth retail price, so I don't mind them not being on PSNow until later. I also don't mind that games leave the service over time because I try to play them when early and then move on. I'm hooked on Dead Cells right now from August, so we'll see if I get to September games anytime soon.
Some of you may know that the latest instalment in the WWE gaming franchise 2K20 was released late last year to generally poor reviews. Some of this was based on graphical issues, but mostly it was due to the many glitches and bugs found – many of which are hilarious to witness.
Fire Pro needs more love. The last PS4 title gets regular playtime from me.
I hear that there are financial troubles at the studio, but I'm hopeful for a Switch port one of these days.
I have Fire Pro for PS4 and PC but it seems more of like a Sim creator rather than people actually playing out matches. I still dont like anything as much as the N64 games
Yes, the WWE ones at least. The last good one was 2K14 and the last great one was Here Comes the Pain.
Here's hoping Career Mode continues to improve (2K19's was considered good - which is terrifying when you compare it to NBA's). The major problem with the WWE 2K games is that there isn't a lot of replay value. 2K14 was the last decent one thanks to the insane custom stories you could create and download.
It'll be the same as every year. Things taken out then added back in but the core game reaming the same. For such a long time I've wanted a completely new engine for the series yet that isn't going to happen so I've gave up caring as much. I still haven't bought 2K19 yet as the minimum update each year is not worth the cash it's currently at and certainly not worth full price. 2K20 will be the same.
Last WWE game I enjoyed was Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 and I remember back then I was complaining gameplay had gone stale, boy how good we had it then. Since 2011, the only WWE games I played were 2k16 and 2k17 and I hated both of them. WWE games won't get a major change unless they get a new publisher at this point, any change we get in the newer titles would range from ok to really awful.
not without overhauling the gameplay, never.
I though the same about 2k19 but they have unecessarly over complicated the controls and hidden key features and wrestlers behind paywall. Paid full 60$ for this game and regretted ever since. Never again.
