Square Enix has been putting some of their most beloved role-playing games on current platforms and that includes the enhanced ports of FFVII and FFIX. And these versions are best enjoyed with cheats.

I’m hoping Xbox Showcase will be where the Remake gets announced… freaking all this stuff with FF9’s anniversary and still nothing on the Remake…

Might as well just watch a lets play if you're playing like that
I’ve already gotten close to beating the original FFVII, so playing it now with 3x speed with random encounters turns it into so much more of a blast to play
Get the f**k out of gaming.
They completely ruined the experience for me in the PS4 version. I couldnt resist when its just right in your face and the ATB meter takes to damn long. That's why FFX has the best combat system, was never a fan of the ATB system, makes you panic and click random buttons, whereas in X it lets you take your time and use strategy.
Context, context, context. Speed+ isn't so much a cheat as a convenient function on the face of today's streamlined/non-random RPGs. Save states are close to today's autosave checkpoints, so having that option welcomes you to use or abuse it. I just vow to not use it mid-battle; if a fight doesn't go my way, then I'll revert to the start of it. God mode... I condemn it, but I would usher younger players to start with it, then encourage fair play when they have the hang of it. No randoms... convenient, but you're throwing shade on the oldschool legacy. So I guess my opinion, the more you're stripping off of games with unsinkable legacies, the more you're cheating (yourself.)
