Actually, This guys only took me a few tries. Take out the little guys, runaway and let him stop looking for you, sneak up for a death blow, run and speak to the guy next to the lake for help and the rest should be easy with one death blow remaining.

Yea he was pretty simple. He’s fairly easy to block too then just avoid the heavy attack and you keep your posture. Then unleash a flurry rinse and repeat. I also lit him on fire a few times but he only took me 3 tries. I thought he would take WAY more.

Then I met Lady Butterfly....oh my.

I'm having trouble beating the Chained Ogre. Been trying to beat him for almost 2 hrs & twice I almost beat him by a hair more left on it's life bar then it grabs & kills me! This game is so fun but at times so hard.

What really helped me is lock on and RUN around by holding the Dodge button. U can still Dodge while running and really gives u good separation from his grabs etc. I forgot I could run while locked and just dodged like in bloodborne lol. Was much trickier

Easy way to do is to first get the fire vent he is terrified of fire. So when you get to him run and get a few hits make him mad. Once he chases you run down the hill back to the idol. He will will eventually forget you turn around and start walking back up the hill. Boom free deathblow after that use the flame vent get 4 hits in and if your lucky set him in fire and bam he is down

Thanks!! I've been doing that strategy but my dodging is off & sometimes I miss hitting him with the flame vent but I'm getting it. Practice makes perfect & I know I'll get him down soon, though I almost did it twice. Again thanks for the tip.

Take out the first 2 enemies sneak left of him up steps so he does not break out kill the guy with the spear,he breaks out and will chase you run away hide he goes back to the steps you can get a killing blow on him.Dont be greedy with your hits my advice is do not side step his grab it’s useless it’s better to jump to evade him.

Hells yeah. Would love to see another really tight action focused title next. Be cool if he did something completely different, like a cyborg-ninja game.
