The Xbox One Version Of Black Desert Is Missing Three Years' Worth Of Content

Black Desert Online, the massively multiplayer fantasy role-playing game with the gorgeous character creator, launched in North America for PC in 2016. Over the past three years, the developers have introduced multiple character classes and the game world has grown by several large expansions. The new Xbox One version doesn’t have those classes or expansions. It’s hard to go back.

Black Desert is an open seamless world sandbox mmorpg. This is not some themepark WoW clone. This was explained by the devs months ago. They want the players to first learn the base game and not feel overwhelmed.

The content is coming and Black Desert does not charge for expansions or content updates or a monthly fee.

I bought the $9.99 version to give it a go. I’m excited to try it out after i finish AC Odyssey (which looks amazing as well on the OneX)

I don’t know about the later part of your comment, but the game is great. I would love to know the time table for when the other parts will come out since I’m pushing 55, but still have a lot to learn about life skills.

I mean all this stuff is going to be released in the future at no cost. So far I am level 45 and loving the game and I currently probably understand 8% of the entire game so there is absolutely plenty to do for the price.
