Seemingly every announcement made by Nintendo had a chance of being ‘available right now’ with two demos and two games being available to download right away. And while all of these announcements were nice surprised none quite had the impact of Tetris 99, a brand new battle-royale style game where, instead of shooting each-other with weapons 99 players stack ’em like there’s no tomorrow to earn that delicious… wait, what kind of dinner do you get for winning at Tetris? Borscht?"
Nintendo has released a new 2.3.0 update for Tetris 99 and has since shared the official patch notes.
The 26th Tetris 99 Maximus Cup will be arriving on October 29, just in time for Halloween weekend and bringing a little extra zing for the occasion. This time around Tetris enthusiasts will be enjoying a Metroid Dread-themed Maximus Cup.
Tetris 99 has received a new update with Nintendo releasing version 2.2.0.
