Sun Scorched Studios has released a new teaser for Negative Atmosphere, demonstrating a move away from being just a Dead Space clone.
Two of my favorite games on that platform, absolutely a DELIGHT to play, especially if you love getting scared by a game!
Yeah I totally agree. I love it when smaller studios take heavy influence of a once established series and it becomes a success. It must be a kick in the teeth to publishers that own it that refuse to do anything with it.
My kind of game. I loved the Dead Space series, and I absolutely love the atmosphere they set at the beginning of this video. Giant craft obviously meant to hold an entire human population, power is taken out, creatures are roaming the ship ... you have to make it across a giant craft passing different types of monsters and horrific corpses along the way...cant wait to be scared shitless!!!!

You may remember we recently covered a game project called Negative Atmosphere, a Dead Space-inspired indie sci-fi horror game made by a small team and developed in Unreal Engine 4. Well, that team, Sun Scorched Studios took the first gameplay demo to video game showcase event EGX Rezzed in London last week.

Looks super rough, might pass as a mobile game but still needs tons of work in visual fidelity, character models, animation. Also Negative Atmosphere, it really looks and sounds like one of those Asylum style rip off movies that sounds & looks similar to the real movie
Sounds promising let’s face it the clowns at EA will never bring Dead space back.
