The best PSVR games

Polygon: "For virtual reality newcomers, we recommend PlayStation VR. The price is reasonable, it’s relatively easy to set up, and Sony has filled its PlayStation 4 library with some of the strongest VR games currently available on any platform. Many of the best PSVR games are also exclusive, or they were originally released as timed exclusives, which means that PSVR players often get the best VR games before Oculus Rift or HTC Vive owners."

What?! Polygon? Okay. LOL!

**Sony delivers one of the best game libraries in VR**

Just WOW. Don't know what to say except even they recognize something fun and immersive that is proving the naysayers wrong. They could have recognized more of the games, but their list is at least a start.

They do this once its no longer feasible to pretend that VR is some gimick. They wait as long as possible then release a conciliatory article as if they hadnt dragged their feet the whole time regarding VR, kicking and screening that VR “just wasnt ready”. Now they eat crow. But its not like they care, they did their job by damaging VR as much as they could. Now its time to pretend that never happened, like IGN.

I was reading what you said and was thinking of IGN. Then I see their name at the end of your comment. Lol!

Sounds about right.

It ain’t no gimmick, most who say it haven’t experienced it. Astro Bot is amazing can’t praise it enough. Ace Combat 7 on the way:) VR missions await me👍🏻

I have tried it over the holidays and I am looking to buy one... I am still skeptical though as to whether it will be successfull long term but the tech works and it's pretty cool !

VR is simply too good to pass up for me. Love my PSVR and Oculus Rift. Many great games across both platforms.

For how long have the brahs been using this strange otter like mascot to narrate their articles? So weird. 😝👍

The 7 Best PSVR 2 Games to Play While Sitting Down, Ranked

The best PSVR 2 games to play while sitting down don't usually require much movement or put players in a vehicle that does most of the heavy lifting.

Although the majority of PSVR 2 games support both seated and standing positions, the latter may not always be an option for some players. Sony's latest virtual reality headset has those players covered, with the hardware boasting plenty of great games that can be enjoyed while sitting down.

Lol I never play standing for any game.

FortWaba785d ago

Pavlov is kind of awkward while sitting. Reloading requires reaching at an angle that's just not exactly ergonomic unles you're standing.

HeliosHex785d ago

@fortwaba. Oh no I totally get it. When iam playing walking dead its awkward putting my weapons away, reaching for backpack etc. Iam just a lazy gamer lol.

SullysCigar784d ago

I heard a guy the other day saying that he sits on a stool so that he can still reach down if needs be. I thought that was a pretty good idea.

I prefer just to stand for most games and just play for shorter periods if I'm knackered, but that's not an option for everyone. I do like to slob on the sofa in VR and play Puzzling Places or Demeo.

Leeroyw784d ago

I just want to play AAA and AA titles sitting down in VR. Sometimes I wonder if I'm in the minority. I don't really want to act out everything.

Viljong784d ago

Missed switchback. Is ment to be played sitting but upper body movement required. Walking dead is stand up game. I only sit when back to restin place camp. Pavlov is best for room scale, there is no crouch button so you need to take cover and get down yourself which is great.
