This is just the first of what will be a long transition into the digital service-based era and many companies outside of the gaming world have started to look into what could be a profitable new market if they so choose to venture in this unfamiliar territory. Amazon entered the market the way they wanted by buying Twitch. Games are massive investments with too much competition.Twitch has a single competitor and makes bank on ads and subs.
