DSOGaming writes: "Back in April 2018, we informed you about a fan remaster project for the 2005 version of Star Wars Battlefront 2. Created by modders ‘Javitolo98’ and ‘Harrisonfog’, this project aims to remaster the game’s maps and 3D models, and update its visuals via graphics enhancer. Since then, the modders have been working on their remaster and have recently released a new version of it."
Top 5 Underrated Star Wars Games - Star Wars. One of the biggest franchises in the world and one with the most video game tie-ins.
One if my favorite underrated (and poorly reviewed) Star Wars games is Obi Wan on the original Xbox. Is more of a linear action platformer, but I think like, Jedi Power Battles, that style fits Star Wars games so well.
Another one was Rebel Assault II: The Hidden Empire. I love how it felt like you were playing through movie with the live-action cutscenes mixed into what look like photo-realistic gameplay at the time. Double Disc on PS1 and one of my faves as a kid.
Star Wars Battlefront 2's new update will improve matchmaking and implement some changes to the squad system.
Regardless of how this was released and the response it got from the community, the post-launch support from the developers has been amazing...
From GameWatcher: "Yesterday, January 10th, EA and/or Disney finally lifted the mandate of silence on Battlefront II, and developers have taken to answering fans questions on social media (and by that I mean Twitter).
Amid the sea of negativity and cookie-cutter boring PR responses surrounding the project, the replies of one developer stand out like a refreshing beacon of adorkable nerdiness."
It must really suck for dice right now, sounds like typical soulless EA though, instead of trying to mend bridges in the wake of controversy, just order complete and total silence and hope it all blows away. Nice to see someone at dice is trying to do their job though, hope the higher ups at EA don't give him shit for it.
"""Treats right""" and """answering&qu ot;"" questions. Feels more like shitposting and empty promises.
