Nukes Have Been Disabled In Fallout 76

While playing Fallout 76 today Skewed and reviewed attempted to launch a Nuke but discovered and unpleasant New Year’s Day Surprise. It seems that all launch codes disappeared on December 31st and all prior codes have been disabled. There are no new codes available so no Nukes can be launched at all. The bunkers as well.

Wow bethesda seriously lives up to the bugthesda name. I feel sorry for the people having to have farmed the codes only to be gone again

As bad as the game plays they should disable gameplay, at least it would make the robbery that this game is clear to the people who still don't see it... Bethesda really didn't even try with this game, a PC Mod-der could have made a better game, without even trying hard..

For those who've actually played the game, nukes are being dropped constantly in certain areas. Overpowered Scorched Beasts are flying everywhere (sometimes 3 at a time!) and it really ruins the experience. This "disable" is most likely an attempt to keep things simple while they revamp the system.

The triple lvl 80 scortched beast thing is ridiculous happened to have them spawn on my camp 4 times in 1 day even without nukes near whitesprings

Another thing I really dislike about the Scorched Beasts is that they can hit you anywhere, even inside buildings with multiple walls between you and the outside. That stuff needs to be fixed!!!

It was a real disappointment as we had a team gathered to go in and launch away today and we could not get into the bunker and the guys told me about the codes being disabled.

The poor folks who's Aunt/Uncle/Grandparent knows that the kid likes video games but absolutely have no clue about them. So they buy the first thing a Gamestop employee tells them, during their robotic marketing push, or because it was dropped to $30 a week after it launched and gave it to the kid for Christmas. Then the kid doesn't want to be rude so be shallows the bitter pill and plays the game anyway despite knowing it's garbage.

This game has a good chance at actually tanking the franchise. Zenimax hasn't exactly been preforming well overall and with bethesda having one of their best franchises basically bomb isn't good.
