Good it will be multiplatform

Abriael1942d ago

It's published by Sony in the west, so I'm not exactly sure where you get that.

MasterCornholio1942d ago (Edited 1942d ago )

It could be a timed exclusive like last time. Im confident that it will release on PC but im not sure about the other platforms.

FinalFantasyFanatic1942d ago

Don't see why you would think that, when the first only ever released on PS4 and PC.

MasterCornholio1942d ago (Edited 1942d ago )

Techically that would make it a multiplatform title due to it releasing on more than just the PS4.

FinalFantasyFanatic1941d ago

True, but I thought they were implying Xbox and Switch as well.

Enjoyed Nioh besides some repetiveness. I really look forward to thos game. This and Ghost of Tshushima will have me covered with feudal Japan games.

Fist4achin1942d ago

Yes I agree. More ninja games please!

bigmalky1942d ago

Tenchu needs a return. It doesn't even need a gameplay overhaul, just tighter controls.

Seraphim1941d ago

@bigmalky

Yes! Long as they do it proper like Stealth Assassins. Great level design, enemy placement, etc. I would love to see Tenchu revived if done proper. At this point I'd be happy with a complete remake of Stealth Assassins.

Shinobi as well. Maybe Sega could get Platinum Games to develop this. There's no reason to think they wouldn't nail it. Even though Ninja Gaiden 3 was rubbish I'd like to see the game make a comeback in the near future; 2021. Perhaps after Nioh 2. Go back to the basics of 1 and 2 and make a great action game with great level design and enemies...

Looking forward to Nioh 2. For the most part I loved the original. Had one boss that I absolutely despised and felt was cheap. Flying guy in the burning castle; forget location and his name. But otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the game. The combat and level design was excellent.

AntiZeal0t1942d ago

I'm glad we're getting a sequel, the first is one of my favorites this generation.

RememberThe3571942d ago

Really underappreciated game. I love this game so damn much, it's like Yakuza and Bloodborn had an evil baby.

noprin1941d ago

Same
I loved nioh, bought all the dlcs and finished the game on nearly all the difficulties
The only thing i hope they change is the level design, nearly all of them were dark,or in dark houses 😅,though the dlc level designs were way better

AntiZeal0t1941d ago

Same with enemies in my opinion, a lot of very similar enemy types. Other than that, it was fantastic

The only PlayStation dev I care about tbh.

Cacabunga6h ago

Hopefully doesn’t take them a complete gen to release it

Good. Something not boring, not one of those "make your own game" crap and also on Steam would be nice.

"the capital group of PCF Group S.A."

If you're getting funding from a group that needs two different ways of Acronyming itself, things will not go the way you want them to.

banger881d 3h ago

If it was more online-only crap then good riddance.

jjb198113h ago

Outriders was crap. They slapped that game together and threw in a loot system to get players' attention. This game was absolutely jank and the always online nonsense made it stutter like crazy. People Can't Optimize.

thorstein12h ago

I liked Outriders but I could see where the artistic vision was compromised. The way the industry is now, it wouldn't surprise me that upper management would scrap something that didn't pull in money via gaas, mts, or other means.

Escape from Tarkov Unheard Edition Reneges on Promised Content Behind $250 Price Tag

The new Escape from Tarkov Unheard Edition has the community in an outrage after promising exclusive access to the new PvE mode for $250 USD.

Christopher1d 3h ago

$250? Do they not know all the other games that already exist or will be made in the future that can do similar?

SimpleDad18h ago(Edited 18h ago)

This is for the hardcore people that have 2500 h in the game. They basically play that one game the whole year.
Oh and those same people are mad as hell at this... what a way to reward fans of your game and annihilate newcomers.

Read a comment earlier calling it a "special monetization operation." I had to chuckle at that.
