The Verge: For me, the modern superhero video game starts with Batman: Arkham Asylum. The 2009 game from Rocksteady Studios that took a clever story inspired by comic books and infused it with an effortless blend of stealth combat, melee attacks, detective work, and lively gadgets. Punctuated by a series of memorable set pieces, Arkham Asylum created a template I would have been happy to see almost any superhero occupy.
A total of 60 concept pieces for the canceled multiplayer Spider-Man title have surfaced as part of the recent Insomniac Games leak.
PushSquare: "We've always known PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium will have rotating catalogues with titles added and removed monthly, but it's unlikely anyone expected 32 games to be taken away all at once."
Surprised that any 1st-party title would be removed after being added. I think a good number of those have been there since day 1 of the updated service, so I guess many had similar service length deals?
Has this many games ever been taken off the service at once before aside from when PS Now got retooled
This is why I’m always physical over a service especially for those big titles. Does downloading them save you from not being able to play them?
The new patch v1.817.1.0 for Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered fixes some of the most annoying and common ray-tracing and crash issues.
The side missions could have been better. The boss fights were definitely not particularly difficult, but the common combat against multiple enemies could get pretty dicey if you did not learn how to user the abilities so I wouldn't call it "extremely easy to beat". And that is not to say the game is hard. It isn't. I didn't find any more or less difficult than the Batman games. It didn't rise to the level of GOTY for me, but definitely the best super-hero game to come out in quite some time and in a lot of ways surpasses the Batman games overall. Just a great game with a great story.
Was a great game fantastic even, and Spiderman is my favorite super hero but the combat and enemy variety got monotonous tbh. The ending and boss fights we're pretty epic though. In a world we're Spiderman didn't release in the same year as RDR2 and God of War, Spiderman could have been an easy favorite
Finally started playing this week. It really is the bees knees
