Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: Top 10 Characters We Want as DLC

I've been preaching Paper Mario to be included since Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Here is hoping Nintendo includes him.

Some of these are really unrealistic. I could see Leon joining the fight especially if REmake 2 does well and a Switch version is in the pipeline. Big Boss would be a nice Echo Fighter to Solid Snake.

Some Xenoblade 2 characters would be neat. Prya/mythra could be like how Zelda/sheik we're in Melee with one being able to transform into the other, and their Smash would be her true/3rd form.

My biggest piss-off with Smash Ult is that they didn't bring back the Zelda/Sheik I love and adore. They boast every character, but she's still missing. Such bullshit.

I have a weird feeling all of them will be third party and somewhat unusual characters for Smash standards. Stuff like Leon Kennedy, Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden and maybe even people like Kiryu or Doomguy

my nigh-impossible pipe dream would be the addition of Popeye since he's actually so important to Nintendo's history. Can you imagine a final smash in which he eats some spinach, gets strong as hell and the popeye theme song starts playing on the background?

My wish list:
1) Sephiroth ( FF7 ) another FF rep and add more music to Midgar!
2) Battletoad ( battletoads ) while banjo has been requested, Battletoad is more of a fighter.
3) Scorpion ( MK ) who dosent wanna see that?
4) Billy Lee ( Double Dragon ) also Jimmy can be his echo!
5) Goku ( DBZ ) I know I know, HES TO STRONG! as he takes dmg he transforms and gains dmg. ( or use clouds limit break meter to powere up to transform )
6) Ryu Hyabusa ( Ninja Gaiden )

Please bring them all in Nintendo, also you have an opportunity at something else, Imagine bringing major names in the gaming bizz.

Think about it, Nintendo allows you to play as the CEO of Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft. Create them as Smash characters and have some fun with Nintendo vs Sony of bring in CEO's of other popular companies and have them be characters in the game, there is sooo many possibilities.
