Joakim writes: When I got requested to review this game, I had no idea what this was or what to expect. All I knew was that the makers of the Yakuza series are responsible for the development. It was later I realized that Fist of the North Star is a Japanese manga series, with even animated television series that was being aired in the 80’s. But since I’m born over 10 years after its golden years, it might not come as a surprise I haven’t heard about it. But here we are, ready to review the game Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise
Cultured Vultures: Video games and anime go hand in hand, but if you want the definitive list of the best anime games ever, you've come to the right place.
Sorry, but Victorious Boxers 1 and 2 on the PS2 were much better Hajime no Ippo games than the PS3 version. Arguably some of the best Boxing games of all time actually.
Ken's Rage 2 is my favorite Anime game of all time. Lost Paradise was a huge letdown for me. Be it lack of characters, story and just overall being short. Mini games didn't make the experience any better either. The novelty ran off quick.
I liked the two Naruto open(ish) world games a lot better than the fighters. Rise of a Ninja and Broken Bond. Those were fun games.
