During you time with Red Dead Redemption 2, you may occasionally notice that weapons that you had equipped previously may not show up in protagonist Arthur’s inventory. This may happen after you have died, or after you jump back into the game after turning it off for a while.
How much better can Red Dead Redemption 2 possibly look?
Sure, in 15 years maybe. I'm playing it right now and it looks better than most games today.
The possibility of a PS5 version for Red Dead Redemption 2 just became a bit more realistic, as the very reliable leaker NateTheHate has claimed in his latest predictions podcast that a next-gen version of the Rockstar open worlder is in the works.
On the podcast, he said: "Those rumours are true. Red Dead Redemption 2 is getting a next-gen update and the game will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2 later this year." They go on to say that they were told the new versions will launch "a few months" after Switch 2's release, which is tomorrow. They then speculate a late summer / early fall launch window.
Be rude not to give it another play. Definitely won't be going for the platinum this time. That was hell 😂
I sincerely hope we finally get a next gen update to this game. It is long overdue. I'd love to see ray tracing and enhanced lighting get added. Perhaps more npc's or animals, ect.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is on an amazing on Steam. Be sure to use the opportunity and get an amazing game at a fraction of the price.
I lost my scofield revolver after I died, had it customised nice too, and no, it wasn't on my horse either.
I lost a legendary bear skin just for leaving it on the floor and walking too far away from the base camp.
Worse when you get off your horse and realise you've lost your weapons only to remember the game has an awful system where you need to keep managing your loadouts on your horse.
Sometimes being too realistic is bad in terms of overall fun
I thought I lost a gold revolver I got for killing a famous outlaw but then I realized when in the inventory you switch within weapon classes.
The one thing they should've left unreal is the weapon wheel/loadout system.
I searched all over the Internet with no luck trying to find out where my weapons went. Before I just said screw it and went on with no weapons. I was pissed until I realized I had to do the beginning horse mission to get them back. They do a poor job explaining the systems, it just seems glitchy to me.
