Of course Xbox One sales are up from its worst year. Which isn’t saying much.

PS4 sales are starting to peak it seems. I believe PS5 will launch late 2019 or early 2020.

Nintendo Switch is just getting started. A hardware refresh in 2019 and some great exclusives will help push sales even more.

Down YOY but still killing it.

It's not doing as well as 2017 but it's still outpacing 2015 and 2016 by a healthy margin. It'll be going into the holiday with 10 million under it's belt and it'll sell somewhere around 6 million between November 1'st and December 31'st. Having another 16 million year will be nothing short of phenomenal.

Great news. People know it's the best place to play.

I cannot imagine not playing the likes of Spiderman, God of War, Detroit, Fist of the North Star, Yakuza, Dragons Quest 11 etc.

So, according to this, Xbox had over 80% of the market share in September of last year and then suddenly dropped to 30% in November? And PlayStation was at 20% then?

I’m sorry, but that doesn’t make sense. I don’t trust this source one bit. PlayStation would have never been at 20% of the OS market share.

Any one of you people who disagree want to explain why it makes sense? Do you think Xbox had 80% of the market share in September of 2017?

The fact that the ratio between PS4 to XB1 is way higher than the ratio between XB1 to PSV is hilarious.

Vita sales are kind of surprising considering how Sony hasn't marketed it, cared about it, or supported it with big games for quite a while.

That being said, being VGChartz, I'm dubious of any of these numbers.

What I'd really like to know is how much influence that Spider-Man had on PS4 sales.
