Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Jump Shooting Around Corners Gives You “Peeker’s Advantage” and Here’s How

If you’ve been playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 multiplayer since launch and noticed that some people seem to have the jump on you (figuratively) every time you go face-to-face, well, sad to say, that might just be the case. While “jump shooting” is nothing new in first-person shooters, it’s being taken to a whole new level in Black Ops 4.

The story is too old to be commented.

I'm not surprised, whenever people jump, the aim assist also gets a delay.

So you aim where they are but the aim assist moves back to where they were.

Doesn't happen often, but it's there.

That's why I normally turn aim assist off for console. Also, when someone runs in front of your target so drags your view left or right as they go past. Most games I can do without it. But, if players are jumping overhead then assist will help follow like in Destiny

lol this is kind of old
all the old cod had a slight delay also where one person will see the other before the other showed up on their screen
i guess this game took it to a whole other leverl

Wish they would nerf the jump height

It was worse in BO3 with the massive jump boosting. Almost every encounter was impossible due to the massive height difference and how the position made you a sitting duck if someone did it. You were forced to play defensively most of the time or just die alot.
