It’d be awesome if HD remasters of GameCube & Wii titles also came to Switch

FalconSabre101d ago

Agreed. There are so many good games I'd love to see, especially the Mario Galaxy games.

Why no for any? More quality games are a good thing. I would love to play Wind Waker and TP again on my Switch, especially if they include it as a package. Star Fox Zero was the worst Star Fox game I ever played; That's a game that would require a serious rework for any kind of port.

The problem with Star Fox Zero was the 2 screen focus. Porting it to Switch would mean eliminating that, and it probably would be a much better game as a result. The actual game was pretty damn good, but it suffered big time due to the 2 screen controls, which is a bad design choice for a fast paced action game.

Why do you say no to Super Mario 3D World?

EddieNX 101d ago (Edited 101d ago )

Considering the Wiiu was a Dreamcast level failure, it's sensible for Nintendo to release ALL of the major original WiiU content on Switch. They're not forcing us Wiiu owners to re-buy, but it gives the games another lease of life.

They've already done at least half of the Wiiu's major games on Switch, so they will most likely release the other half in the next year or two, inudong things like 3D world, Color Splash and Zelda HD collection

I completely agree with this comment. I would imagine it wouldn't be too expensive to port ALL these games over and the more the merrier. They could even make "collections" if they want OR just charge $40 for them.... Either way Nintendo would win (they most def. would make their money back).

I liked using the gamepad and TV simultaneously

It would be nice to play Breath of the Wild as it was meant to be played with the dual screens.
Prob never happen though

"The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD - No
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD - No "

I'm sorry WUT!? Those are easily a hard yes. Super Mario 3D World would be great as well. Definitely, agree on the Pikmin Trilogy remaster. Could even bundle it in Red, Blue, and Yellow cases to match the Pikmin.

Saying no to more games coming to Switch make absolutely no sense. You want games to stay tied to a system that sold terribly instead of coming to one that is selling a LOT better? I can't understand this terrible logic.

DJK1NG_Gaming100d ago

Not about that. Just dont want Nintendo wasting rheir time with fhem. There others games from other Nintendo systems that need to come other.

Super Mario Maker is must for Switch owners.

strayanalog101d ago

Sgt_Slaughter101d ago

Xenoblade X, Star Fox Zero, and Super Mario 3D World/Maker are the best bets IMO.

Segata101d ago

Tokyo Mirage Sessions,Xenoblade X and The Wonderful 101 are the only ones I want now.
