NBA 2K19 is at its best when you are shredding the defense to attack the basket for a dunk or layup. The animations are fluid, the players are lifelike, and everything just feels so smooth. In terms of gameplay, this is definitely the best NBA 2K has ever been. Unfortunately, in terms of progression, this is the worst NBA 2K has ever been. The microtransactions have wrecked the progression system to the point where grinding levels just isn’t fun. This is a true shame because this could have easily been the best basketball game of all time.

From GI.biz: "Take-Two interactive is facing a class-action lawsuit over its use of loot boxes in the best-selling NBA 2K games.
Bloomberg reports the suit was filed on behalf of a minor and their guardian at the Winnebago Country Circuit Court in January, before being moved to the Illinois Northern District Court last month.
The complainant says that loot boxes "psychologically distance" players from the true financial impact of such purchases, noting that -- in the case of minors -- these are often paid for by a parent's credit card."
Amazon has discounted the physical version of NBA 2K19 to just $4.99 on the PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
I agree it’s last year model not worth it at all I rather have new one that came out this year
