Raelin is a novice knight in training. She’s friends with a blonde beauty with curly hair named Gwynne. Their instructor is Keira, a veteran knight that’s training them both into soldiers of the empire. The wilderness surrounding the castle is infested with monsters that attack anybody that dares venture out. Raelin works hard and gets promoted into a guardsman at the castle. There, she meets the immortal empress of the kingdom.
