PAX Hands-On: Retro Sequels Streets of Rage 4, Windjammers 2 Take Us Back to ‘94 | Ars Technica

Love it! I’ve felt with Remasters really old games they’re worth it and then these actual new sequels are fantastic.

SOR4 will be something special.
Sega is so scaredy pants to get it right they wont do it themselves: to follow up on a sequel of one of the greatest game ever made. SOR3 was solid and Sega wanted to end with that.
Hreenlighting Lizard Cube, Guard Crush and DotEmu means its a great pitch and its gonna be very good.
