Rage 2, the collaboration between id Software and Avalanche Studios, is an open-world shooter that blends the fast-paced and intense shooting of an id title with the exploration and freedom of an open-world action-adventure. id Software studio director Tim Willits responds when asked about the possibility of co-op or multiplayer.
GF365: "Among all the well-received and beloved video games, there are some that are horrendous. Here are our picks for the worst big budget games released since 2010."
Anthem; I'd forgotten that game existed. I remember thinking the trailer was BS though; turns out I was right.
"Worst big budget games" and immediately lists Genshin Impact, a game that has $4 billion in revenue.
I havent played Genshin Impact and Mafia 3 was alright. The rest though I kind of agree with.
I loved the 1st Kane and Lynch and I could not understand how the 2nd game was as bad as it was.

that drift racing looks simultaneously edge of the seat while also relaxing,
very strange , very cool.

"Meaning that Rage 2 is being developed in the style of a game as a service where support and updates continue for an extended period of time after launch."
I don't like the sound of that. If it has an always-online requirement they can shove it. Being single player focused I'm hoping it won't, but in this day and age it wouldn't surprise me.
I'll wait and see how this game turns out. The first one was fun but the frequent sound cutting out bugs and the occasional crash kinda ruined the experience in the end.
I'm waiting first
Not having co-op at launch seems like a missed opportunity.
Avalanche stock is high in my book. Cant wait.
