Jumping into Motion Twins’ new roguelike, Metroidvania action game was a little frightening at first. Jon has a tough time with roguelikes and the whole permadeath mechanic. But he was anxious to try it out. The fantastic art style and the satisfying combat looked like a hell of a good time. After sinking his teeth into Dead Cells and getting a feel for the combat, he can say with confidence that this game will be at the top of everyone’s list. Let’s dive in.

i love the artstyle and how they didnt shy away from their imagery
but symphony of the night is also superb
Catlevanias GBA and DS games are the best! But there others that I like a lot such as Hollow Knight, Chasm etc
As much as I want Silksong, adding it to the BEST is a little premature. It's not even out yet.
