Why Yugi Should Be in Jump Force

While it has been said only battle manga characters would be playable, it was unclear if this was restricted to only series which include actual physical fighting. A series like Yu-Gi-Oh! may not have hand-to-hand combat, but characters do battle each other by summoning monsters and using spells, so it should be close enough. Errollm is here to tell you why Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh! should be featured as a character in Jump Force.

I was thinking of Yugi being in this game for some odd reason.

Yea there's no fighting in the series but some of the original series can be rather dark/creepy, for a kids anime at least.

I see no reason as to how he can't have his signature cards as "holographic" attacks like Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl, Kuriboh and of course Exodia. I think it would be a very cool addition tk the roster.

That'd make the most sense. Kind of like Pokemon Trainer from Smash where you are really playing as the Pokemon. Yugi would be on the sidelines putting cards on the wristband from season 2. Primarily Dark Magician but special combos summon other Monsters.

If you think those should be added Hunter x Hunter should definitely be added and so should JoJo. And also Seven deadly sins isn't published by Shueisha so it wont be there. But they will probably add Boku no Hero Academia, since thats really popular.

IDK who publisher the mangas/anime but I would love them to add tokyo ghoul and fairy tale

But they probably have to get permission from the publisher of all the mangas, as they own the properties. But I don't see them allowing other publisher properties. Which is fine as this one has a lot of the great and popular ones. They also own Tokyo Ghoul so that could show up but I don't think it will, but who knows. But Fairy tail's trash imo, I don't care about it.

This is jump force. The same reason you'll never see Natsu Dragneel is the same reason SDS won't make a appearance. They're Kodansha comics. Not Shounen Jump. Hunter x Hunter will definitely show up, seeing they have manga ichigo they'll definitely add aata and likely Yuno and Noelle. But I'm sure it's basically going to be the cast of Jstar victory plus more.

Light Yagami, please. His fighting animation should just be him standing still while writing furiously in his book, making all sorts of weird things happen around him. Like summoning a rope over their heads and sending trucks flying towards them. I donno. They could make it work with some creativity. Also, make Ryuk assist him in some attacks
