A Fortnite player by the name of Elemental_Ray was able to set a new world record for the highest number of kills in a solo matchup with 48 kills in total by simply destroying a massive ramp filled with players watching the launch.
A dude with a 0.47 K/D and a 0.60% win ratio now holds the ALL TIME SOLO KILL RECORD.

It was a dirty move denying 44 players (not 48.. he had 4 kills prior to destroying the ramp) that were being civil with one another watching the launch. But that's the nature of the game.
Plus, 50v50 LTM mode was in effect, so everyone should have been able to watch the launch safely somewhere in their own zone.
