IGN: "Trudging through Diablo-like combat in the 41st Millennium."
"NeocoreGames are today very happy and proud to announce that they have just released the "offline" mode for their ARPG "Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr" (the said mode is available right now for PC via Steam)." - Jonas Ek, TGG.
Too bad they haven't given the offline option for the console version. Hopefully it will come in the near future, I picked up the game on sale recently.
Writing is hard. The fool that posted this title seems unaware that the words he chose makes it seem like the game has just removed a feature.
Seems a bit late now, They said many times on the Steam forums that it couldn't and wouldn't be done. If you release a new version on disc with all the extra content people might reconsider buying it but saying it is offline now is just a slap in the face especially if I have to go online in the first place to make it work offline.
Lets be honest the online only was purely a DRM measure and you suffered for it in lackluster sales, They will tell it is for account integrity but everyone is smart enough to know you can have an online and offline account. Just give people the option from the get go and don't hide behind DRM.
"NeocoreGames announced today that the Sororitas Class DLC is releasing 28 November on PC (Steam). This DLC adds as a new playable class - an Inquisitor with an Adepta Sororitas background - also known as the Sisters of Battle - to "Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr"." - NeocoreGames.
"NACON and NeocoreGames are today very happy and thrilled to announce that "Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Ultimate Edition" is now available on PlayStatio ®5 and Xbox Series S|X alongside enhanced features including all 25 previously released DLCs." - NACON and NeocoreGames.
So...do we gotta buy it again to get the PS5 version?
Edit: Seems so. $25. Nah, i'm good.
I really tried to get into this game, something about the combat just didnt feel satisfying to me, like there is no substance to it to an extent or no impact, i dont know hard to say.
So much promise...so little delivery. These devs can't keep a good promise for a day but they can keep a bad one forever.
I'm playing Space Hulk Deathwing Enhanced & I'm not too pleased with it,I was going to trade it in for this but seeing this review I'll wait & see other reviews before deciding to buy.
