E3 2018 Aftermath: 9 Games That Were Missing In Action

Warp Zoned writes:

"E3 brings developers, journalists, and fans together for a celebration that is like the video game version of Christmas (or at least, it’s the day when we find out what to ask Santa for six months later).

And while there were so many projects announced, revealed, discussed, and dissected, some people still felt let down because the games they were pining to see were a no show. There were no brief teasers, no tiny morsels of information, just nothing. Radio silence from their developers.

So what were the biggest games you were disappointed you didn’t see at E3 2018? Because I have a few of my own…"

I'm definitely most disappointed about not seeing Prime 4. I just don't understand how they could not show anything or even mention it at all. It makes me wonder why they even showed it last E3.

i wonder how well thats gonna work.

darthv7273d ago

mouse aiming should feel very fluid and natural to any PC enthusiast.

UnbreakableAlex73d ago

Because of the new high greedy Nintendo prices, people will play the game on an emulator on the pc or Mac anyway.

gold_drake73d ago

yeh just read about the game prices. ridiculous

I guess no one remembers when some N64 games were $75 and $80 back in 96.

Ps5conehead72d ago

Nintendo is a company to make money. There not a charity.

badz14972d ago

@Jin_Sakai

Keep bringing that up. You are doing a good job. Because N64 was a huge success for Nintendo and they didn't get demolished by the PS1 that gen, right?

I mean ultimately it means you have to play with a flat surface. Great for those people who play games at their desks on computer monitors, less so for those of us who like to sit back on the sofa and play.

But nice that the option is there at least.

The world's most uncomfortable mouse lol

Neonridr73d ago

I've held some pretty uncomfortable mice in my day. I'll have to try it out to see, but I'm sure they've done extensive testing with it. As long as the width is stable enough that it's not gonna tip over everytime you try to move it, then it should be ok. Plus it's a great option for those who prefer mouse style aiming.

--Onilink--73d ago

Also, there is no way there arent already third party options ready for release date where you just pop in the joy con in a more usual mouse shell, but it doesnt necessarily look uncomfortable even without that

Jingsing73d ago (Edited 73d ago )

Yeah, I said the same thing. If the mouse doesn't at least support your hands resting arch position you are in big trouble. I don't see how this would.

Neonridr72d ago

you don't think Nintendo tested this feature? They just decided to slap on an optical sensor and be done with it?

blacktiger73d ago

I been asking this for long time and nintendo is about to make all fps a mouse standard game, I hope

lucasnooker73d ago

It can be played like a real PC shooter when you’ll soon be able to emulate it on an actual PC lol

Jingsing73d ago

As long as they are smart enough to do most of the work first before releasing the emulator and then putting it in a decentralised location and repo.

Ratchet2373d ago

They just copied lenovo go handheld system.

drivxr73d ago (Edited 73d ago )

and Lenovo copied them with detachable controllers?

Jingsing73d ago

Nintendo copied Android gaming tablets that had detachable controllers that the big tech sites laughed at until Nintendo did it (Engadget, Verge etc hypocrisy). and didn't do it any better.
