Ashen, the Microsoft-exclusive ARPG first revealed back in 2015 has been confirmed to have an offline mode.
I've waited a long time for this!! Hopefully it will be on Steam. Edit: It has a Steam page!
See Bethesda...it's possible.
It can be played completely offline? This must be wizardry!
Its sad that such has to be emphasized.
i was soooo gonna comment this exact same thing ... god i hate where gaming has gone :( before everything needed, mp, dlc, micro transactions, pre orders, season passes ... ugh smdh
@ref1cul There are certainly negatives to modern gaming but we're also getting more quality games than ever. I love plenty of old classics but if you look we're getting more good to great games per year than ever before.
Its called the future and evolution if you want to play the old games without DLC and MP, I'm sure you could find some old consoles that will work for you.
Especially when it needs one more qualifier: 'timed.'
It was designed to be a multiplayer coop experience, so this comes as a welcome addition to what was expected. It's sad that you have to emphasize its' sadness just because you need to ridicule MS for having an MP-focused attitude towards gaming.
Hello, Broken Record...
You're cute, Godmars, in that special sort of way: https://www.bing.com/images...
Ashen one? Be sure to bring more souls.
Really looking forward to this game. Looks like a blast
Sorry but I’ve gotta be ‘that guy’. It’s not exclusive. It’s a timed release. It’s coming to other consoles after launch.
Being able to play a game offline is considered a feature now?
*gasp* This is practically breaking news these days. "Game can be played offline! EXTRA! EXTRA! Read All About It!"
really looking forward to this. and i'll get it for free in game pass day one which is also great news
