H1Z1 Vs PUBG - 5 Things H1Z1 Does Better

From PlayStation Universe: "H1Z1 Vs PUBG – With H1Z1: Battle Royale now out on PS4 via the magic of open beta distribution and Bluehole’s PUBG, well, not (owing to a set of decidedly haggard circumstances), it’s fair to say that PS4 owning folks have lapped up Daybreak Games take on the Battle Royale craze in pretty decent numbers to say the least."

1. It doesn't sue other game developers in the same genre.

Gazondaily2153d ago

Pretty impressive that the game has the ability to sue people. ITS ALIVE!

lol fineee, I'll give you that.

Look at who originally worked on h1z1

nowitzki20042152d ago

Maybe because PlayerUnkown was hired by Sony to work on H1Z1??

Eonjay2152d ago (Edited 2152d ago )

That doesn't seem accurate at all. I don't think we have to worry about PUBG suing H1Z1 because PU made H1Z1 first which really, if we are being honest, completely nullifies PUBGs standing over Fortnite, because by their very logic PUBG should not exist.
To answer the topic a few differences I already know without reading the article:
1. H1Z1 was made to be more accessible with its inventory and controls.
2. H1Z1 reveals locations of items and vehicles which in turn draws a bigger crowd and tends to force confrontation.
3. On console H1Z1 targets 60FPS (on both PS4 models) while PUBG targets 30FPS on Xbox but aims for higher resolutions on XBOX.
4. H1Z1 was built on an inhouse engine while PUBG was built on the engine of the company that it is abrasively jealous of right now.

@Eonjay Ok....?.. All I said was MAYBE because PlayerUnkown worked on H1Z1. I dont know if thats why or not lol.

The PC version has both awesome game modes (Just Survive, and King of the hill)

H1Z1 seems better suited for a controller simply because of how the weapons work.

H1Z1 60fps vs PUBG 30fps winner h1z1

@nowitzki2004

Lol I was going to say the same thing. I'm constantly at 100 - 125 FPS on PC, which some frame rate drops every once in a blue moon.

I do enjoy H1Z1 on PS4 though....much more than PC. They've optimized the controllers and UI very well for console
