It's so good. Based on how the trophies pop, I think I'm halfway though. It's incredibly solid in gameplay.

There’s 32 named chapters if that helps you at all. I just finished chapter 10 last night and I’ve already been playing for like four hours so it seems like it’s going to be a nice length of somewhere between 10–12 hours

Brace yourself for the change of pace though, you'll probably need a palette cleanser after playing GOW, before you jump straight into Detroit.

Saying that, I'm on my second play through of Detroit and loving the different choices and how the scenes play out completely differently.

Awesome games! I just beat GOW, but still have stuff to do. Ive played around 2hrs of Detroit. It's definitely incredible. Nobody should believe the skeptics. Unless you just don't care for the genre.

Agreed. If QD and Cage keep at it and keep improving with each game I can see them deserving a 10 one day. But we all know that right now they are too flawed to really deserve a 10/10. Even the hardest of fanboys have to grasp to justify that.

Barring God of war this is my best experience on playstation. I don't normally play these type of games, maybe it's the setting that does it for me,as I absolutely love Blade Runner 2047 too: watched the movie twice and bought the blu-ray haha

My god this game is good. I enjoyed peceious David Cage games and have loved all the excellent games we have also had this year . But my god I’m about 12 hours in and this game has just dropped the biggest bombshell twist I never ever say coming and I love it. Best story this year bar far . GOW best game fully this year for me. But story , acting and twist wise sorry , well no not sorry but this does destroy all so far .

I agree with you. Am not that far yet but the story has roped me in. And there's a few times where I've gone "holy crap I wish I did this differently!" so that events could have turned out better, but not going back, living with the consequence of my action to make it that much more authentic. But of course will playthrough again, differently, to see what will happen
