"State of Decay 2's unique approach to survival and management might not appeal to everyone, but it certainly feels like an instant cult classic."

I know my mate will love this- the long term goal and checklists they allude to on this review is right up his alley. If it had PvP though; that would add a massive layer of tension but seems like it's buggy as it is without that feature.

Liked the first game and will try this courtesy of XGP but this isn't sounding like what I wanted. I wanted a proper sequel

yep, It certainly has lots of flaws but I loved the first one and that was a technical mess so I'm sure I will love this. clearly not for everyone though
