Raging Justice is a solid side-scrolling beat 'em up. Although its influences may be obvious and it doesn’t really give players anything new to feast upon it doesn’t matter.

Surprised to see someone mention DD: Neon. I loved it but it seemed like I was the only one as most people just dunked on it when it was first released on the PS3. Fight N Rage is also a good one. I liked Raging Justice but it doesn't hold a candle to the other games you mentioned.
Guardian Heroes is only £1.69 on the Xbox store, just picked it up yesterday. It's still amazing.

Never played or heard of the Takeover. I have played Raging Justice and now SOR 4 however. SOR 4 is definitely better than Raging Justice which was fun in its own right. Seeing the gameplay of the Takedown I'd say SOR 4 wins against it as well.
