5 video game sequels from the 2000s that need to be revived

Players have been crying out for certain sequels for years, but for some reason, they haven't been made.

L.A. Noire for me since that original was a phenomenal game except for that terrible ending. Maybe a sequel will rectify that nonsense!

LA Noire was a game I was SO excited for and then completely let down. That being said, I would like to see another stab at it, as I think it had great potential. And I loved the music/setting/time period.

Are you aware of "Shadow of the Eternals"? Supposed to be a spiritual successor or something.
It didn't pass Kickstarter, but Denis Dyack says he is still working on it.

All games that I’ve owned and played at some point in time and never finished. Out of them, I’d most likely go with LA Noire for a sequel

lost odyssey was a great game for its time.. I wouldnt mind seeing it revived.. Jade empire too

Wouldn't trust Bioware to make a great game any more. They are no longer the same company and haven't been for a while.

The part on Lost Odyssey; The author states: "Lost Odyssey is somewhat of a rarity these days; it’s a non-Final Fantasy JRPG that actually managed to get players hooked, not to mention invested in. Featuring a sizable world, some pretty unique characters, and a story that any Final Fantasy writer would be proud of, Lost Odyssey had everything going for it."

Does the author not know that Lost Odyssey was made by the creator of Final Fantasy?

Condemned 3, Half-Life 2 and Enslaved 2 come to mind first

I can think of many even before those mentioned above that I would love to see more games done and it really its a shame that certain game's which were so popular and created a fan craze from mastersystem,Nintendo,mega drive,sega Saturn, dreamcast just didnt get brought into current or next gen graphics and gameplay..

It will never happen because who knows who owns the rights now, but I want an ending for Psi-Ops. Damn cliffhanger. Loved the gameplay in that one.

The Condemned games are brilliant. More melee survival horror than first person shooter. But any game Monolith made with a first person view is worth playing.
You could say that the evolution of Condemned were games like Dead Island and Dying Light as they both had similar melee and weapons breaking down after use but made by totally different developers.

I even found a few sections in Farcry 5 reminded me of Condemned too. I do really miss the series.
