Its all about developers creating the Simple Tools needed to make big things. LBP shows this and look what people have been able to do thus far in the Beta. you dont need a complex program like the Unreal Toolset to create a map. Developers have to create a Toolset that is very Simple like LBP.

or developers can make games? just a suggestion. the farcry devs made a game then they made a map editor,i'm cool with that. the key is they made a game.

yea, but they made a system that allow the user to user their own assests using a simple toolset that allows to give power to gamers like you and me. It would take days for the average PC gamer to build a map with tools like Unreal Map editor, unless that PC gamer has some programming experience on such an editor.
