The New Overwatch Mei Skin Literally Breaks Her Spine

The new Overwatch Mei skin breaks her spine. Literally. With Blizzard unveiling a selection of new skins for the Overwatch Retrib ution Event, one of the highlights for the game's fans has been Pajamei, a laid-back outfit for everyone's favorite enemy-freezing research scientist.

Dude she looks weird as hell with that skin.

SunnyZ2579d ago

Hey maybe they are just being PC and including skins representing people with scoliosis?
Nothing wrong with that!

PATR1CKSOMMER2579d ago

How can this ever be "literally"? ... people now a days... you know why humans will end up destroying themselves... no, not global warming or clima changes, but shit like this... wrong use of words, retarded memes everywhere, shitty behavior instantly when behind a PC and so forth... I know, a shit load of downvotes is coming, but you know I am right, so just stop yourself.

ninsigma2579d ago

"people now a days"
People have, rightly or wrongly, been using "literally" for exaggeration or hyperbole for centuries. It's not a new thing.

EmperorDalek2579d ago

Incorrect use of a word will lead to humanity destroying itself... sure.

BadElf2579d ago

People are annoying...literally annoying

PurpHerbison2579d ago

Sometimes I get uptight, but holy crap... someone using the word "literally" brought you to why humans will destroy themselves? Go get some fresh air.

Lord_Sloth2579d ago

This post literally made my head explode.

yardank2579d ago

Hate to tell you this but the definition of 'literally' has been updated to include 'figuratively'. Not saying I agree with it but unfortunately it's been a thing for so long now even dictionaries had to acknowledge it.

EmperorDalek2579d ago

I also get annoyed when people use a word or term incorrectly, and it is happening more these days. So you could argue that people are getting dumber.

However, to put this on a more dangerous scale than what global warming could potentially be, is nonsense. That's on the same level as the cult's logic in Far Cry 5.

Re: the oven mitts - - They have animated her hands though, on the Chinese New Year skin!

Also, I've heard people take issue with Ovrwatch female characters having spine-breaking bodies, I don't get the issue... They're meant to be cartoony and attractive. I believe Junkrat's character model is completely unrealistic, he's almost keeling over - but it suits him!

woahhh!!! i literally forgot about this game!!! wtf looool

When Overwatch was good and fun, now who the hell cares. Blizzard is just shit and doesn't care about it's employees. OW2 just needs to go away.

Former Blizzard President Wanted to Reduce Diablo 4 Microtransactions and Reboot Overwatch

Former Blizzard president Mike Ybarra wanted to cut back on Diablo 4 microtransactions and reboot Overwatch.

Giga_Gaia206d ago

"But, his push for these changes made him unpopular with some Blizzard employees." He was the president, should have just fired them.

Wretchedstain206d ago

...from a cannon... into the sun.

Shane Kim206d ago

The president is appointed by the board. Probably those who didn't like him.

SimpleDad206d ago (Edited 206d ago )

That's why he is a former president.
D4 bad.

PapaBop206d ago

I can just imagine the scene between him and Kotick being something like a scene in Simpsons with Mr Burns feigning interest while repeatedly pressing his button.

jznrpg206d ago

MS didn’t buy ABK to get rid of MTs. They want more

neutralgamer1992206d ago

Sadly any positive changes that we as gamers thought might take place are over and done with

Tacoboto206d ago

Are people really buying what Ybarra is selling?

Remember - this is the same guy that said he wishes you could leave a tip after buying a game.

Him saying now he wanted to *reduce* MTX is riiiiich, seems like he's using Schreier's book to try and save face now that he doesn't have to face his former employees.
