Spyro the Dragon is officially returning this fall thanks to the Spyro Reiginited Trilogy collection, and IGN has your full breakdown of the first look at the game.
Alongside the announcement of the trilogy, coming to both Xbox One and PS4 later this year, IGN spoke to Toys for Bob's Paul Yan and Joshua Nadelberg about development of the trilogy.
Spyro is coming to Game Pass! Play the Spyro Reignited Trilogy on Xbox and PC via Game Pass November 12.
I wonder why they're doing slow roll out of ABK stuff? It's been a year I wonder why the slow roll out.
Good for persons who are subscribed to the game pass, but will it be 30 fps, or is it getting a boost?
I bought the game on PS4 but stopped because the game offered little to no challenge. I dropped it and picked it up again on PS5 a few months ago. That was when I realized that it was locked to 30 fps and uninstalled it.
It would be great if Microsoft could find some way to release an update to set both Spyro and Crash Team racing to 60 fps and beyond.
The Reignited Trilogy was supposed to be a launch pad for Spyro, but after a few cryptic teasers, we're still waiting on a new game
*Sigh*
Sometimes it's hard being a Spyro fan. Yeah, i really really really want Spyro 4. Crash Bandicoot got a 4th one, its only fair.
Daily Video Game writes: "Today, eShop has just kicked off a new game sale for Nintendo Switch gamers that offers steep discounts on several popular games from Activision, Numskull Games, indienova, Frozenbyte, Sometimes You, and more right now!"
Wonder how they'll top Coco being a playable character in the Crash N Sane Trilogy.
After butchering Spyro in the public eye since 2011’s Skylanders, it’s fitting that Toys for Bob of all developers saw to it to deliver the Spyro that fans have grown to love with none of the BS.
If Skylanders has to be put on indefinite hold or has to go dormant so they can focus on the future of Spyro than so be it.
They seem like they mean well, but I just want confirmation that the games will have the same soundtracks. I hope the music in this video and in the trailer isn't representative of the actual soundtrack. Surely they wouldn't change the soundtrack though, right?
Also, and I've said this elsewhere, the game kind of looks like Skylanders. Everything is really chunky and rubbery looking, and seems to have been stripped of it's subtle Asian style. If you look at the originals, everything was much more elegant looking. I don't know why they changed the visual style so much.
