Telltale Games are making one tho
Anytime anybody makes a James Bond game it most likely turns into a shooter
Hitman is the closest realization you’ll get to having an authentic James Bond experience in this medium
I remember having a blast with Golden Eye when it came out. Hopefully we will get a good Bind game in the future.
I highly doubt Telltale Games would be granted the IP; EON Productions is very particular about the franchise and in my opinion, Telltale won't capture the spirit and theme of the Bond franchise any better than Activision did. Activision's massive failure to produce any Bond experience worth a damn, save for Blood Stone, is exactly why they lost the license in the first place and why we haven't seen a Bond game in six years.
Plus, Kevin Bruner's comment really irritated me. "I'm a giant James Bond fan and I'm always frustrated by games that make him a mass murderer." What a dated and narrow-minded way of looking at it; not to mention the fact that EVERY Bond game since GoldenEye 64 was essentially "mass murder-y" so I don't rightly get what he's on about.
Yes, seriously if you did a super polished 007 like Alpha Protocol......
or if your going the shooter route go back to old school, off the hip aiming, gadgets, explosions and splitscreen with bots
