Rob Pitt writes: The 25th Ward: The Silver Case is a sequel to The Silver Case, which was released on PS4 back in 2017. The 25th Ward was originally developed by Suda51 via Grasshopper Manufacturer back in 2005 and was only released on certain phones on a certain network within Japan – thus making this an almost lost game… until now. NIS America have come to the rescue and not only breathed new life into this forgotten classic but also translated it for western audiences.
MonsterVine: "I played a lot of games in 2018… Although since I’m slowly drowning in my game backlog, many of those games weren’t from 2018. For example, I finally played Yakuza 0, which turned out to be a phenomenal game in every way. With that said, 2018 featured a lot of standout releases, so here are the ones I enjoyed the most."
"Players look for different experiences out of visual novels. If we’re playing for the plot, we’re not looking for Winged Cloud’s Sakura series. If we’re looking to laugh we’re not up to bawling through Narcissu.
Here are 15 visual novels that you may be missing out on!"
