Discover 10 timeless video games from the past that remain absolutely playable today. From Chrono Trigger to DOOM, these classics have aged like fine wine!
Hot damn that's a good list. The only one i never played is AOE2 and i never finshed Chrono Trigger but it was damn good.
Speaking of what's old but holds up amazingly well and plays like a dream.. i played Symphony of the Night for the first time in 2019.. yep that's right. It became one of my favourite games of all time that i replay almost every year. I couldn't believe how good it was. That is almost impossible for me with newer games let alone older ones. Truly a special gem.
The only one I’d disagree with is doom. It shows its age badly I think. After 5 minutes of play these days you put it down.
Many games have come and gone as gaming began its illustrious history in this world. So let's talk about the top 100 video games of all time!
BLG writes, "There are many fantastic and iconic weapons in game history, but some are significantly more memorable than others. When we think of iconic game weapons, these are the top 20 that come to mind."
You forgot one and it's a doozy. The weapon is kindness in undertale. :) defeats countless enemies.
WOW! just wow, these projects always amaze me, it makes me yearn for a ocarina of time remake in a modern engine looking just like this!! i wish nintendo would do remasters, they have such an awesome catalogue of hit games, remastering/remaking them would be guaranteed cash cows and would allow new generations of gamers to experience these timeless classics!
I doubt many agree with me but i find that since miyamoto has backed off from having allot of input to nintendo games i find they lack the magical feeling he always put into his games!
Mario 64, ocarina of time, etc these are both so much better then the more modern iterations made by people who i don't feel are as good as miyamoto.
Whenever miyamoto was heavily involved in ninty games they always were special, metroid prime etc
good to see what nintendo's games will look like in 10 years when they match today's hardware ... someone will then create an unreal engine 5 version of zelda and we'll be back here again ...
these always look awful without Nintendo's art style.
Yep - just as I remember it! :D
