The 8 Ways Nintendo Can Double Down on Switch's Success

The Switch is already a huge hit. But how can Nintendo maintain its momentum?

One thing the Switch desperately needs is a functional web browser. Then it would be able to appeal to people who aren't even gamers and just want a functional tablet.

But the screen isn't much bigger than a mobile phone screen (my phone is 5.5" and bigger than that are on the market) and a phone is a better browsing experience than the Switch would be. The operating system is more advanced on your phone after 10 years of updates. Links to Apps etc. Non gamers aren't going to pick up a Switch for a Web Browser when they have a phone in their pocket.

You could argue the Switch needs Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.... but again, we all have phones with these app in our pockets.

In my humble opinion, all it needs is for the Virtual Console to launch and keep pumping out those Indie games to make it a 100% great portable games device.
