Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Sells an Estimated 437,000 Units First Week at Retail

The action RPG from publisher Nintendo and developer Monolith Soft - Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - sold 437,116 units first week at retail on the Nintendo Switch, according to VGChartz estimates.

I had a hard time. "Tora dream of sausages the size of Poppi!" But I've managed to switch between Tora and Morag being my Tank. Zeke, not really fond too of and he just doesn't fit. Rex is DMG, Nia Healz, and like a Tank so Morag/Tora. It is disappointing I can't just rock 4 characters in the party. Having to switch between them does no justice to two great characters. And Rex, well at one point there's no way you'd want to remove him with his ability to...

This game is phenomenal though. Not sure exactly how many hours I have but the counter is at 222 hours. Figure knock off 50 maybe. I know a couple times I left it in rest mode and when I got back and saved my save file jumped like 12-14 hours. Granted I've also spent a lot of time essentially doing nothing. Just exploring, farming mats, leveling up blades, etc.

With all the rare blades the game encourages multiple play throughs. I definitely see myself playing through this at least 3 or 4 times.

And it is holding up pretty well too. It will sell about 2 million retail by the end of March, counting digital, over 2.5 million. Very nice Nintendo! Monolith is my favorite second party developer!

I really hope they reach a good turnout for this game as I'm not sure what would be good in their eyes. I love the franchise, one of the few jrpgs I find hasn't been trying to change up everything for a western audience
